Moving on with Indonesia-tourism recovery post-Pandemic COVID-19, we proudly introduce our New Chef at Harper Kuta: with great experience in food and culinary, Chef Hesky Runtuwailan will lead and oversee the kitchen team of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets at Harper Kuta.

Chef Hesky began his culinary journey in 1992 as a cook at LOTUS Garden Restaurant and kept developing his career internationally for the next 30 years. Before joining Harper Kuta, he had a career trail through several five-star hotels and restaurants, including Grand Mirage Nusa Dua, Westin Resort Hotel Macau in China, and Taman Bhagawan in Tanjung Benoa, Nusa Dua.

“After a long journey of fighting COVID-19 for the past two years, it’s time to get back in the kitchen and revive tourism. Bali is one of the world's most must-visit islands, meaning everyone is missing Bali. Now it’s time to welcome visitors back to Bali and not only fill their culinary needs but exceed their expectations. Not just local dishes, I will ensure we also spoil your taste buds with Indonesian, Asian, and European culinary creations with Harper Kuta’s Signature dishes .” – Chef Hesky.
