Expanding Creativity, Harper MT Haryono and Maxx Coffee Indonesia Hold Manual Brewing Barista Workshop

January 2023 - Coffee, who doesn't like coffee? The latest trend includes coffee-based drinks blended into various coffee creations, with coffee now the idol of all circles. With huge business opportunities, entrepreneurs have turned to making coffee and starting new coffee business adventures. Harper MT Haryono, in collaboration with Maxx Coffee Indonesia, held a Manual Brewing Barista training for all enthusiastic startups so they could learn how to be a barista.

This event was held on January 28, 2023, at Haka Resto located at H Tower, Mezzanine Floor, Kuningan area, South Jakarta. At the event, participants were given an education on the introduction of various types of coffee, as well as taught how to process coffee beans using the v60 technique. 'This activity can also be a means of sharing knowledge and providing opportunities for participants who wish to open a coffee beverage business,' said Hermawan Priyatna, General Manager.
