Purwakarta – Currently, the trend of coffee consumption is increasingly popular among the wider community. Therefore, choosing the right coffee with a consistent taste is one of the keys to sustainable sales success.

Realizing this, Hotel Harper Purwakarta held a Coaching Clinic for Baristas in the West Java region, with the theme Latte Art & Theory About Coffee, in collaboration with KENAL COFFEE.

This activity was held at Juliette Patisserie which is located in the Harper Hotel Purwakarta area on November 23 2024. This event was attended by around 15 Baristas who came from several areas in West Java.

'This Coaching Clinic was held as a form of learning and refreshment for the Baristas who are currently the spearhead in serving quality coffee to guests'. This was conveyed by Subhan as Food & Beverage Manager of the Harper Purwakarta Hotel.
